Dr. Betty P J is an accomplished figure in the field of education, with a career spanning over two decades. She has held key positions at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, including serving as a Member of the Board of Studies (2014-17) and as a Faculty of Education (2017-20).In her current role as a Research Guide at the School of Pedagogical Sciences, M G University, Kottayam, Dr.Betty guides research  scholars and facilitates cutting-edge research.
